MARCH FOR LIFE: Come with fellow parishioners to ?March for Life? in Washington, DC on Thursday, January 22nd . If you?ve never been to the march, it is an experience not to be missed! If you have marched before, bring a friend who has never enjoyed this incredible witness for life! The bus is sponsored by the Knights and St. Peter Respect Life Committee. There is no cost to you! The bus departs from St. Peter Church parking lot at 7:30 a.m. and return at approximately 8:30 p.m. Bring a bagged lunch and dinner. The bus will park at the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. If you prefer not to march, consider spending a quiet day in prayer at the very beautiful shrine. There is a sign-up sheet in the Library.
NINE DAYS FOR LIFE: January 17-25, 2015: Archbishop Charles Chaput encourages the clergy and faithful of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to pray with the Bishops of the United States to end abortion. January 22, 2015 marks the 42nd anniversary of Roe v Wade. Since that date 56 million children’s lives have been lost to abortion Our prayers and sacrifices do make a tremendous difference in the face of the culture of death with our real hope for a culture of life. Information on the "9 Days for Life" is posted on the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) website at www.9daysforlife.com.

2015 COUNCIL CLAMBAKE/PICNIC: Mark your calendars and make your reservations, the 2015 Family Picnic will held at Twin Grove Campground the weekend of July 10th-12th, 2015 with the Picnic being on the 11th. Twin Grove Campground is located at 1445 Suedberg Rd, Pine Grove, Pa 17963. This is a popular event, and the campground is filling up fast, so make your soon. Interested members should call Twin Grove at (717) 865-4602 to inquire about availability of campsites and cabins. Picnic time & additional details to be announced at a later date.
