Officer’s Installation: Congratulations to all of the council officers who were installed last Sunday afternoon in St. Peter’s chapel. I would like to thank Fr. Fitzpatrick for providing his blessing and assisting in officiating in the installation, District Deputy Bill Shields who officiated and lady Nancy, and Brother Brian Cavanaugh for providing the music. A special thank you to all of the spouses who provided the refreshments and assistance.
Heatherwood Retirement Community Pancake Breakfast: Heatherwood Retirement Community has cordially invited the Knights of Columbus, Veterans, Fire Departments and First Responders to a pancake breakfast Friday September 11th 7:30 – 10:00 am. Please RSVP your attendance to 610-273-9301.

World Meeting of Families: The World Meeting of Families Congress will be held in Philadelphia September 22-25 with a Papal Visit from Pope Francis September 26-27, 2015. A Mass for the conclusion of the World Meeting of Families is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. September 27, 2015 on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. Visit WorldMeeting2015.org for transportation updates and sign up to receive the Papal Visit Playbook, a guide for residents and visitors to navigate Center City neighborhoods during the event.

Knight at the Races (KATR): This year’s Knight at the Races has been scheduled for October 10th. Jim Reif and Tom Sandri are coordinating the logistics and will be providing regular updates as they occur. Tickets are available from Tom Sandri tsandri [at] verizon [dot] net 610-286-6305. Volunteers are needed to sell tickets after all weekend masses. See Tom Sandri for sign-up.
Memorial Mass for brother Ralph Westnedge: A memorial mass will be held for brother Ralph Westnedge on Sunday October 11th at the 10:30 mass.
October Business Meeting: Bob Beggs from Good Works in Coatesville will be the guest speaker at the October 12th business meeting. St. Peter’s Good Works committee will also be attending. Anyone interested in co-chairing a committee to support the Good Works ministry, please see Chuck.
Keep Christ in Christmas Billboard: Our target Family Gathering Day for the installation of the Keep Christ in Christmas sign on the church property is set for October 17th. PGK Ted Mirenda will share details for family day in the near future.
Quarterly Adoration: The next quarterly adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is scheduled for Tuesday, October 24th.
Football Sweeps Tickets: Football sweeps tickets are available for $10.00 from Ron Yavorka and Joe Mitri.
